As the privately held and family operated company approaches it's 8th year of service, ESingles LLC has restructured as a C corporation in the state of New York. "We at ESingles Inc. are extremely excited about the new company status," commented Robert Goebel, CEO of ESingles Inc. "This is a monumental step towards our goal of becoming a publicly traded corporation."

ESingles Inc. held it's first directors meeting at Crestline, Ca several days prior to filing it's articles of incorporation with the New York Department Of State in Albany. During the meeting, the company elected it's CEO and chairperson Robert P. Goebel, it's Vice President, Robert W. Goebel, and it's company secretary and treasurer, Colleen Goebel. Among other orders of business were the drafting of the corporation's bylaws, stockholder's agreement, pre-incorporation agreement, and the establishment of the company stock ledger.

"Now that we have filed for incorporation, we can start focusing on the next steps toward an initial public offering." added Goebel. "We will choose a transfer agent, prepare all applicable SEC filings, and perform a comprehensive audit all within the coming months."
